Services Description

Virginia Dumpster Rental provides temporary dumpster services for residential, commercial, and construction waste disposal across the state of Virginia. This includes delivery, pickup, and proper disposal of waste materials.

Rental Agreement and Booking

Order Process

Orders may be placed via our website, phone, or through authorized agents
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
We may refuse service at our discretion

Rental Period

Our standard rental period is 7 to 10 days
The rental period begins on the scheduled delivery day
Extra days may be added for an additional daily charge

Pricing and Payment

Prices depend on dumpster size, location, and rental duration
Rates include delivery, pickup, and waste disposal up to set weight limits
Full payment is due at delivery unless other terms are pre-approved
Accepted payment methods include cash, checks, and major credit cards

Customer Responsibilities

Placement and Access

You must provide a safe, open space for the dumpster
Clear the area of any vehicles, debris, or overhead wires
Maintain access for pickup on the agreed date
Notify us if access changes at any point

Permitted Materials

You may place the following into our dumpsters:

Household junk and debris
Yard and landscaping waste
Renovation and demolition materials
Furniture and certain appliances (some fees may apply)

Prohibited Materials

Do not place the following in any dumpster:

Paint, chemicals, or hazardous substances
Auto fluids, tires, or batteries
Asbestos or medical waste
Propane tanks or gas cylinders
Electronics with mercury or other banned items per Virginia law

Weight Limits and Overages

Each dumpster includes a set weight allowance
Going over the limit may result in extra charges
Overloaded or very heavy containers may not be collected
We reserve the right to delay pickup for unsafe or overweight loads

Liability and Insurance

Customer Liability

You are responsible for any property damage during delivery or removal
You accept liability for the misuse of the dumpster
You must obtain any permits required for public placement

Company Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental
We are not liable for damages due to improper use or access issues
Virginia Dumpster Rental is insured for its standard operations

Prohibited Uses

Do not:

Fill the dumpster above the rim
Relocate the dumpster after placement
Allow others to dump illegal or restricted items
Use the dumpster for anything unlawful

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery to avoid fees
Same-day cancellations may be charged
No-shows or inaccessible delivery sites may result in service charges

Refunds

Refunds for unused rentals may be reduced by handling or processing fees
No refunds are given after the dumpster has been delivered
We process refunds within 5–10 business days if applicable

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Bad weather
Government shutdowns
Power outages or equipment failure
Natural disasters or other events outside our control

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to hold Virginia Dumpster Rental harmless from:

Any damage claims due to your use of the dumpster
Legal issues due to placing restricted items
Fines or penalties for improper placement or use

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia govern these Terms and Conditions.

Resolution Process

Try to resolve issues by contacting us first
If needed, we may request mediation before court action
All legal matters will be handled in the state of Virginia courts

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms without prior notice. New terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
